The Port of Vancouver is seeking responses to this solicitation from consultants for the purpose of developing on-call agreements to perform Marine Structural Engineering Consulting on an as needed basis. The objective of this solicitation is to evaluate and select up to 3 firms to enter into an on-call agreement for up to three years for these specific services. The consultants who are awarded contracts shall have demonstrated experience in the types of work and activities defined in this solicitation for which marine oriented structural engineering services are utilized. These services will play an important role in enabling the port to execute and accomplish programs for the development and improvement of infrastructure, construction and upgrades critical to port operations.
