Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montezuma, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of a decorative concrete masonry building with engineered timber frame roofsystem and includes escalation, exterior paving, concrete foundation and fltxtr, masonry, carpentry framing carpentry finish, plumbing, and electrical. The building will be simitar tu tbcHsttoom building at the main shelter house area on the east side of the lake. Bids shall he delivered to Bushong Design Group and will be opened and reviewed al lhe March meeting of lhe Poweshiek County Conservation Board. The bid will be one lump sum covering all trades There is NO pre-bid meeting'site walkthrough on this project.
