Renovation of a municipal facility in Billings, Montana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Public Works Department of the City of Billings, Montana is requesting proposals for professional engineering/architectural services for W.O. 22-37: Landfill Drop-Off Building Repairs. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contracts contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. Questions regarding this proposal shall be submitted to City of Billings Attention: Will Robbins City Engineer's Office 2224 Montana Avenue Billings, MT 59101 406-657-8237 robbinsw@billingsmt.gov from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday. The City of Billings reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if determined to be in the best interest of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
