Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in North Randall, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Village of North Randall, Ohio ("Owner") is seeking qualifications statements from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for the construction of the proposed Village of North Randall Municipal Complex ("Project") located in North Randall, Ohio. Firms interested in providing the construction management services may obtain the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for Construction Manager at Risk Services that includes the detailed submission requirements and evaluation process. The scope of work is to include CM services as required, to complete the scope as previously described. The CM is to anticipate that this is to be an “open-book” contract. The Village of North Randall, all design professionals and the Owner’s Representatives are to have access to the full budget, including the CM and subcontractor’s costs Questions regarding this advertisement shall be directed to Donald Bierut, P.E. at Chagrin Valley Engineering, Ltd. The Village of North Randall Municipal Complex Project is partially funded by the Cuyahoga County Department of Development's Block Grant Program. A bidder/contractor will be deemed committed to the Department of Labor's goals and timetables for the Cleveland, Ohio area as specified in the Notice of Requirements for Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Employment Opportunity Order 11246 by submitting a properly signed bid. Each bidder/contractor must insure that all employees and applicants for the employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin. A copy of the Request for Qualifications package for the North Randall Village Hall Renovations Project will be available for review by all potential bidders at the offices of the Cuyahoga County Department of Development located at 2079 East Ninth Street; Cleveland, Ohio 44115. Small Business Enterprises (SBE's) are encouraged to participate on this project. The goal for SBE participation is 35% of total contract award for this project.
