Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Asbury, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Full removal and reconstruction of Sunset Drive from Sun Valley Drive to Autumn Drive. The reconstructed 31 feet wide Sunset Drive will be concrete pavement including curb and gutter. Other items include storm sewer structures and related piping, PVC water main and water service installations, sanitary manhole replacements, street lighting, temporary erosion control, turf, and concrete driveway restoration. The work also includes the following: Full removal and reconstruction of Springreen Drive from Asbury Road to a point between Parkside Drive and Green Crest Court. The reconstructed 37 feet wide Springreen Drive will be concrete pavement including curb and gutter. Other items include storm sewer structures and related piping, PVC water main and water service installations, sanitary manhole replacements, street lighting, temporary erosion control, turf, and concrete driveway restoration.
