Renovation of an educational facility in Vermilion, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A fixed price tender, including all taxes, is required for exterior refinishing, window and door replacement related to the Vermilion family student housing units at the Lakeland College Vermilion Campus in Alberta. Included will be the following general scope of work: .1 Removal old windows and doors and replacement with new .2 Replacement of exterior doors and replacement with new .3 Removal of old siding material and installation of new Hardie Plank lap siding .4 Removal of old soffit, facia and eavestrough and replacement with new .5 Removal and replacement of overhead garage doors .6 Removal and replacement of entry stairs and handrails .7 Landscaping of house perimeter
