Sections 13 & 24, T.3 N., R. 8 W. and Sections 18 & 19, T.3 N. R.7 W. These NH Routes are Principal Arterials - Non-Interstate that serve the uptown business district of Butte. No bridges are within the project limits. Route N 29 (Utah Ave/Arizona Ave) - Beginning at the intersection of Front St. and Utah Ave. at RP 88.122 extends North on Utah St. and eventually merging onto Arizona Ave., proceeding north on Arizona Ave to the intersection with Park St RP 88.963. The route length is 0.841 miles. Route N 29 (Park St.) - Beginning at the intersection of Arizona Ave. and Park St. RP 88.963 and extending west to the intersection with Montana St. at RP 89.315. The route length is 0.352 miles. Route N 29/N120 (Montana St.) - N 29, Beginning at the intersection of Park St. and Montana St. RP 89.315 extending south to the intersection with Iron St RP 90.174 end of N 29, continuing south on Montana St. on Route N 121 RP 0.000 to the I15/I90 Montana St. Interchange, RP 0.791. The entire route length is 1.650 miles. Route N 121 (Front St.) - Beginning at the intersection of Montana St. and Front St. RP 0.00 continuing east on Front St. to the intersection with Utah Ave. at RP 0.702. The route length is 0.702 miles. Notice to Proceed. The notice to proceed will be issued with an effective date of July 18, 2022. The Contractor may change the notice to proceed date to an earlier date if written notification is received at least ten calendar days in advance of the date selected and the selected date is approved by the Project Manager. Include an updated schedule with the notification. C. Contract Time. Contract time assessment will begin on the notice to proceed date issued by the Department or as changed by the Contractor, whichever is earlier. Work is to be completed in 30 working days.
