BSB Department of Public Works has hired Water & Environmental Technologies to develop a design for road, sidewalk, and stormwater improvements on Mercury Street from Shields Avenue to South Arizona Street. The existing asphalt has become compromised due to poor quality of subgrade material. New concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk will be placed on both sides of the newly constructed street. New stormwater infrastructure will be installed, and existing compromised stormwater infrastructure will be replaced. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Butte-Silver Bow County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
