GSA Design Build Project - D-B - Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse Seismic Retrofit & Limited Modernization - Phase 1 Solicitation This project is for the design and construction of the seismic retrofit and limited modernization project for the Historic Mike Mansfield Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located in Butte, Montana. This acquisition encompasses the design and construction of a seismic retrofit to bring the building to current seismic standards and is planned to be completed with low-embodied carbon concrete, steel, and glass, and a full roof replacement. Interior architectural construction includes correction of Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) deficiencies and Historic Mitigations. Modernization of building systems include HVAC, electrical subpanels, sewer, and plumbing.
