This RFP will result in professional services contracted to a single architecture/engineering firm for the preparation of a Pedestrian Lighting Plan for Butte’s historic Uptown business district (see attached map). Plan preparation will include an exhaustive survey of existing conditions (lighting and infrastructure), lighting analysis, development of a lighting layout strategy, and a preparation of a final report that addresses pedestrian lighting, building accent lighting, aesthetic, electrical needs, construction and funding/budget strategies. This will serve as an important planning document for BSB and the Uptown Master Plan Committee in the development of lighting improvement projects and the pursuit of implementation funding. Butte Silver Bow reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals.
