Interested persons may obtain an Invitation for Bid containing the requirements and conditions of the request from the Butte-Silver Bow Clerk and Recorders Office, 155 W Granite, Butte, Montana 59701. All Bids must be accompanied by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the bid proposed in the form of (a) lawful monies of the United States; (b) a cashiers check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a national Banking association located in the State of Montana; (c) a Bid bond or bonds executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. These securities will be forfeited to the Butte-Silver Bow City-County Government as liquidated damages if the requirements in the way of contract are not entered into within fifteen (15) days after the date of award by the Council of Commissioners. This solicitation is being offered in accordance with federal, state, and local statutes governing procurement of professional services. Accordingly, the City and County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to accept the bid or bids deemed to represent the best interests of the City-County of Butte-Silver Bow and to negotiate an agreement or agreements based on fair and reasonable compensation for the scope of work and services proposed, as well as the right to reject all proposals.
