For Unit Price Bid on maintenance materials for county roads and bridges. Unit Price Bid shall be good for one calendar year for the following items: A. Bituminous Material B. Gravel, Sand and Crushed Gravel C. Limestone Bid blanks and an itemized list of materials can be obtained upon request from the Pickaway County Engineer's Office, 121 W. Franklin St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. All materials shall comply with the bid documents and the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation "Construction and Materials Specifications". Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check on some solvent bank, in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Deposit is to be used as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into written contract within ten (10) days from the date of awarding the said Contract. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
