The work covered by the Contract Documents includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. LOCATION OF THE PROJECT A. The project has three locations: 1. Site #1: Treatment Plant located at 24991 US 23, Circleville, OH 43113. 2. Site #2: Along and outside the northern boundary of the Logan Elm Village Subdivision. 3. Site #3: South side of the Tarlton Road Railroad overpass bridge east of 2300 Owens Rd 2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project consists of, but not limited to, installing approximately 4000 the EHRWSD Water Treatment Plant to Chickasaw Drive located at the northeast corner of the Logan Elm Village Subdivision. The project will be split into Phases 1A and 1B. B. The project will be offered for bid via a single contract for each phase or a single contract incorporating the combination of both Phases per the following: 1. Phase 1A WTP to US 23 a. Site#1: Approximately 1200 and jack and bore methods (under CSX Railroad) from the existing Water Treatment Pla and Wacker Drive to the east side of US 23, including testing and miscellaneous appurtenances. b. Site#3: Approximately 240LF of 10 water main installed via jack and bore methods (under Norfolk Southern Railroad). c. Alternate #1 2 nd bore and jack under US 23 per the Contract Documents. 2. Phase 1B US 23 to Chickasaw Drive a. Site #2: Approximately 2830 methods from the east end of the new bore and jack under US Route 23 performed in Phase 1A to its connection to the existing waterline located at the northern end of Chickasaw Drive, including transmission line connections to existing waterlines, testing, and miscellaneous appurtenances.
