Provide Professional Engineering and CEI Services for the ARPA funded construction of a 3rd BTU at the Waste Water Treatment Plant and, if funding is available, the following projects: Relocation of the sewer main from under the LPGA Canal, LS #4 & LS #21 Rehab, Cavanah water main and upgrade of the influent headworks at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for the City of Holly Hill. The firm should have the capabilities to provide engineering design, permitting, environmental assessment, construction management, technical specifications, bidding assistance, construction inspection services and ARPA required data collection and reporting..
