Replacement of a 36" damaged storm outfall at Flomich Street and Riverside Drive as well as installation of a seawall and storm inlets. All questions should be directed in writing to bidsDAB@meadhunt.com. Questions to be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 16, 2020. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Holly Hill, Florida, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. NO bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the bid opening without the consent of the City of Holly Hill, Florida. Upon award, the successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Contract one hundred percent (100%) Performance Payment Bond which must be recorded by the Clerk of the Court, Volusia County, and enter into a Contract for Services with the City of Holly Hill. All bidders are required to complete and submit the "Public Entity Crime Sworn Statement", Form #PUR 7068, as designated by Florida Statutes, Section 287.133(3)(a), with their bids. The City of Holly Hill is not responsible for the U.S. mail or private carriers or messengers in regard to mail being delivered by the specified time so that a bid can be considered. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Holly Hill, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all non-substantial irregularity in bids reviewed, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the City.
