Services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Landscape Maintenance to include mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding and mulching Services throughout Holly Hill. These properties will include City Hall, The Clubhouse, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Sica Hall, City Hall Annex, the Fire Station and the Pictona Complex. Additional properties to be maintained include (11) City parks as needed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. All questions should be directed in writing to the Susan Lincoln at financedirector@hollyhillfl.org. Questions to be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on August 2nd. 2022. The City of Holly Hill is not responsible for the U.S. mail or private carriers or messengers to Deliver proposals by the specific time so that a bid can be considered. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Holly Hill, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all non-substantial irregularity in bids reviewed, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the City.
