Renovation of a water / sewer project in Holly Hill, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to the following: Proposal will include labor, materials, equipment and all necessary incidentals to complete the task The Contractor will be required to include an articulating lift with all needed safety harnesses protocols such as cones as needed Pressure Wash Exterior of the Lime Silo Tank including the top of the tank (detail plans of the Silo is attached as Appendix A) Tool and spot prime areas of rust Apply one coat of Acrylic Exterior Multi Surface Dryfall. Paint material product detail sheets will be submitted for approval prior to acquisition of the paint. 2 years labor and material warranty on the paint and any defects. Question End Date 8/4/2021 5:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 8/24/2021 All questions should be directed in writing to Stella Gurnee at financedirector@hollyhillfl.org. Questions to be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on August 4th, 2021. The City of Holly Hill is not responsible for the U.S. mail or private carriers or messengers in regard to mail being delivered by the specific time so that a bid can be considered. No bids received after the time and date specified for the opening will be considered. The City of Holly Hill, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all non-substantial irregularity in bids reviewed, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the City.
