Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Stanley, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

In general, the work consists of: replacing the four hot water boilers with new energy efficient hot water boilers and PLC based controls. The work will also include replacement of boiler support systems and a new distribution header to the underground distribution supply and return piping. Electrical and controls work to support the boiler replacement project. In addition, florescent lighting should be replaced with LED lighting. Lightning protection installation to protect structure based on stack modifications. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
