Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to retain the services of a contractor for the fungal decontamination, the replacement of doors and windows and the improvement of ventilation at La pépinière dwellings ( multiple addresses). The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes fungal decontamination and interior repair of peripheral walls, all floors, repair of bathrooms and kitchens, replacement of finishes and furniture, replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment including the supply and installation in accordance with the plans and specifications, the installation of new kitchen hoods, the improvement of ventilation and related work and the replacement of doors and windows. The work will be carried out in a two (2) storey building comprising 24 family units. The building was built in 1972. The type of construction is wood, the exterior facing is brick and the roof is flat. During the works, the apartments will be vacant. WORKS DURATION According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around June 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 52 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
