Requesting sealed bids furnishing and installing landscaping materials and performing landscaping services to be rendered on County JJ reconstruction project scheduled for the Highway Department. The work under this bid includes pulverizing and fine grading of topsoil, furnishing and installing various seed and fertilizer mixtures, furnishing and placing mulching and erosion mat materials, and incidental items on the County JJ highway reconstruction project.
