Site work for a water / sewer project in Knottsville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of repainting of the Yelvington Elevated Tank as described in plan and specifications. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No BIDDER may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. All bidders shall submit forms contained in section 004XXX with bids at time of bid opening. All documentation regarding DBE solicitation (Advertisement phone call log, etc.) shall be included with bids at the time of bid opening. Not providing DBE solicitation with bid package may cause the bid package to be deemed NON-Conforming. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. The award of the project will be to the low, best, responsive, responsible BIDDER. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid on this project.
