The right is reserved by the Town to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all proposals submitted, or to accept the proposal and award the contract to a responsible formal Proposer, in the best interests of the Town. Maintenance contract shall be renewable for a second five (5) year term. The Town reserves the right to reject any request for assignment for an entity that appears on the prohibited entity list prior to the award of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the prohibited entities list after contract award.Be aware that the Town reserves the right to reject all proposals The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
