Pursuant to New York General Municipal Law 103(16), the contract awarded hereby shall be made available to other New York State governmental entities and, therefore, any New York State officer, board or agency of a political subdivision or of any district therein authorized to make purchases of apparatus, materials, equipment or supplies, or to contract for services related to the installation, maintenance, or repair of apparatus, materials, equipment or supplies, may make such purchases, or may contract for such services through the use of this contract. Said entities using this contract shall be wholly responsible for the determination that the contract meets their requirements and for the issuance of said contract and shall be solely responsible for the payment of any and all debts and claims that arise thereunder. A proposal submitted by a bidder who is not in full compliance with the provisions of the Huntington Town Code at the time of submission will be denied. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all Bids submitted, or to accept the Bid and award the Contract to the lowest, responsible, formal Bidder therefore, pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. Furnish and install a new single-ply membrane roofing system, preserve the exterior limestone wall panels, lift and reset limestone slab paving stones, rebuild 2 brick patios flanking the building, and other associated exterior work. The Estimated Time of Completion for this project is One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the date of the notice to proceed.
