The work for which bids are requested will take place in the new Greenfield Reserve subdivision, located on the on the former Jackson property on the south side of STH 33 approximately 1/4 mile east of CTH T and includes the following: Installation of approx. 3,700 feet of new Sanitary Sewer. Installation of approx. 4,975 feet of new Water Main. Installation of approx. 7,400 feet of new Storm Sewer. Construction of approx. 5,325 feet of new Streets Construction of a 2-acre lined wet pond and 0.2-acre infiltration basin. No bid will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check, cash, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, made payable to the City Treasurer, City of Baraboo, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the Bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within ten (10) days after the Award of Contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check, cash, or bid bond to the City of Baraboo within 72 hours of the bid opening, Attn: Lori Laux, City Treasurer, 101South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913. No bid may be withdrawn and each bid will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of bid opening. Pursuant to Section 66.0903 Wisconsin Statutes, the minimum wages to be paid for this project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates.
