Site work and remodeling of a water / sewer project in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description of Work. Contract A includes mechanical and electrical modifications to an existing sewage lift station including new exterior doors, new pumping equipment, piping modifications, ventilation system upgrades, lighting, repainting, service bypassing, and other miscellaneous items of work with alternates for ceramic epoxy line pipe, exterior force main replacement, and installation of a valve vault. Contract B includes site grading and concrete paving with alternates for asphalt. The notice to proceed for Contract B will wait until the exterior work associated with Contract A is complete. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Delavan Lake Sanitary District for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. 4. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities.
