Renovation of a mixed-use development in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Supplier shall provide refinishing of two (2) gym floors, the Main Gym (9,900 sq ft) and the Small Gym (6,200 sq ft) for the Wisconsin School of the Deaf (WSD) located in Delavan, Wisconsin. Supplier shall sand, stain, install volleyball sleeves and cover plate in Main gym, paint game lines and logo, and refinishing with seal coating. Project start date will be after July 1, 2022, and targeted completion by end of July 2022. Scope of Services o Sand gym floors to bare wood (2 gyms floors) o Staining 2 coats (2 gyms floors) o Install 4 volleyball sleeve and cover plate in main gym o Paint Game Lines (2 gyms floors) Paint athletic logo/ lettering / borders (Artwork) o 1 Firebirds logo in the center circle in the main gym and in a small gym with the wording "W" in the center circle. o Main gym to have wording on the sideline WISCONSIN (Red) and other side with FIREBIRDS (Red) around basketball lines. o Both gyms will have basketball lines (Black) and Volleyball lines (Red) o Main gym will have 2 basketball lines for practice (small Red lines) o Small gym add 3 badminton lines (Grey) o Main gym add 4 lines of pickleball (Grey) o 2 Shuttle board in small gym sideline of the basketball line (grey) o Refinishing with seal coating (2 gyms floors) Gym measurements Main gym is 9,900 Sq Ft. Small gym is 6200 Sq Ft. No tours may be scheduled after the question deadline on April 25, 2022. The state retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids if deemed to be in its best interest. All bids become the property of DPI upon receipt. All rights, title, and interest in all materials and ideas prepared by the bidder for the bid to DPI shall be the exclusive property of DPI and may be used by the state at its option.
