The Town of Delavan is currently accepting bids for Crack Filling various Town Roads. 1. Description of Bids: Crack Filling: Hot pour rubber Crack Fill material complying with ASTM 3405 specifications shall be supplied by the contractor. The total bid price should include routing all cracks to 1' x 1", blowing out all cracks, filling all cracks with Crack Filler, and smoothing over Crack Filler in all cracks. Any loose old crack filler needs to be removed and refilled. Existing crack filler that is cracked needs to be refilled. The following roads, in order of priority, are planned for this project: 1) Cobblestone Rd. - Hwy 11 to Amos Rd. 2) Dam Rd. - Arbor Ridge Dr. to Vintage on the Ponds at the top of the hill. Alternate: 1) Borg Rd - North Shore Dr. to Bridge 2) Countryside Dr. from Bailey Rd. Information for Bidders: The Town of Delavan has established completion date of July 1, 2022, weather permitting. Submitted bids should include Certificate of Insurance (COI) information. Please contact Tom Thiele directly at 262-728-6411 for specific information on the project locations. The bid will be priced per road and awarded to one contractor. The Town Board is expected to hire the contractor who will have the lowest total bid and complete the most roads following the listed order of priority up to the budget amount. Rejection of Bids: The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
