Site work and paving for a civil project in Delavan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Description of Work. The proposed construction consists of Cold Paving Goose Pond Rd. with 2 1/2 inches of Cold Mix Asphalt Pavement (item SPV.0195.05). The project will be broken up in two parts: Base Bid will be from County O to the large culverts just west of the house driveway on the south side of the road. Alt #1 will be from large culverts to Cobblestone Rd. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
