The San Antonio River Authority (River Authority) requests proposals from engineering firms to provide Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) services that support two Federal Emergency Management (FEMA) programs: the Risk Mapping Assessment and Planning (Risk MAP) program including flood risk analysis and mitigation planning, and the Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Review program which includes LOMR and Conditional LOMR reviews and associated document development. Questions Due Date: Feb 24th 2022, 11:00 AM CST The response documents can be obtained at purchasing.sara-tx.org or by contacting the Purchasing Department, 201 W. Sheridan St., San Antonio Texas, 78204 or by calling Purchasing at (210) 302-3603. The River Authority reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the River Authority, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
