Renovation of a residential development in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Project no: 21160 The Scope of Work consists of the complete renovation of the approximately 5,605 SF structure located at 1948 Thomson Drive. All new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems will be installed throughout the building. The floorplan will be reconfigured to transform this facility into an office building for Lynchburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority. The existing hot tub will be demolished and the floor infilled. The rear decks will be completely removed and replaced. There are several deductive Alternates, please refer to Section 012000 Alternates for their descriptions. SWaM certified, small business, women owned and minority businesses are encouraged to bid.
