All responses to this solicitation shall be in strict accordance with the requirements set forth in this RFP document and the ensuing contract documents. The City of Lynchburg is seeking proposals from highly qualified firms interested in providing architectural design services and develop construction plans and specifications to help modernize the Lynchburg Public Library. The Lynchburg Public Library is located at: 2315 Memorial Avenue Lynchburg, Virginia at the corner of Memorial Avenue and Lakeside Drive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
