The City of Waycross is accepting proposals on 28 pump replacements at 17 lift station sites. The complete proposal package includes the Request for Proposals, Proposal Requirements and Proposal Information Sheet. Submitted proposals shall follow the guidelines outlined in the proposal package. The RFP is for equipment only. This is not a contract for installation of the equipment. Factors to be considered in making this award, if awarded, include consideration of both quantitative (cost) and qualitative (non-cost) factors, weighted per the Proposal Requirements document. If awarded, the City will place an order with the successful bidder within sixty (60) days. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities and technicalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws. Procurement will adhere to GEFA SRF guidelines.
