Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this solicitation is for the proposal to provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, light poles, light heads, all other materials, permits, supervision, inspections, traffic control, disposal fees to add (12) light poles and light heads along sidewalks at Blue Ridge Community College's Patton Building Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have general license classification for (See Licensing Board Rules & Regulations) No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
