Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Blue Ridge Community College is seeking proposals for a turnkey project for asphalt paving repairs. The project will include, but is not limited to milling, disposal of rubble offsite, adding ABC stone as needed, grading, wetting and conditioning, applying hot tar tac for bonding, resurfacing with SB9.5C NCDOC approved asphalt, rebuilding speed bumps, striping and marking. The scope will include all prep work, remedial work, and finish work that will result in a turnkey project. All materials and standards shall meet NCDOT standards unless otherwise noted or approved by the Owner prior to construction No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed. Submit Written Questions Vendor March 24th by 4:00 PM Provide Response to Questions State March 28th by 5:00 PM
