The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition and modification of concrete slabs, flooring, and ceilings. 2. Construction of 2-HR rated wall shafts as piping chases. 3. Installation of 2x2 access panel. 4. Replacement of existing cooling towers. 5. Replacement of condenser water and chilled water piping. 6. Addition of new 300-ton chiller for redundancy. This RFP constitutes the only solicitation. This RFP is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Discounted Open Market Firm-Fixed Price proposal packages are being requested for USGS EROS Construction Services. The posted RFP contains a description of the Statement of Work, Instructions to Vendors, DOL Wage Determination, Applicable Clauses, and Attachments A-L. Disclosure of Magnitude in accordance with FAR 36.204: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in SAM are invited to submit electronic proposals for this posted RFP.
