Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Garretson, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of July 24, 2023 the project has been awarded and construction is underway, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor and a contract award amount have not been confirmed. Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks of the State of South Dakota. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying plans and specifications for this project (such individual is hereinafter referred to as bidder) agrees that they are doing so for the sole purpose of submitting a bid on the project. The South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
