**As of April 20, 2022, project was awarded to Wenger Corporation, awarded amount is $185845.28 ** Board of Trustees, Sweetwater County School District Number One, 3550 Foothill Blvd., Rock Springs, Wyoming will receive sealed bid proposals for the Auditorium Acoustical Shell Project located at Rock Springs High School, Rock Springs, Wyoming Information for this project may be obtained from the District s Facility Office, 3575 Foothill Blvd., Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901; 307-352-3400. A certified check, cashier s check or bid bond made payable to Sweetwater County School District No. One in an amount equal to 5 percent of the bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute a signed contract and furnish the Performance Bond within 10 days after the Notice of Intent to Award the Contract. The District shall reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in bidding. Contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, after consideration is given to the conformity with specifications, the quality of the materials to be supplied, the suitability to the requirements of the project, the delivery terms and the past performance of the vendor
