Renovation of a swimming pool in Cardiff, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

We are seeking bids for three phases of construction for the Cardiff Pool Change Room Building with the first phase to commence on Monday, April 4, 2022 and the final phase to be completed by Friday, June 10, 2022. Electrical Works: - Electrical including upgrade of existing panel to new model 200 amp (32 circuit breaker), new 8 circuit panel. - Four (4) LED light fixtures (2 per change room). - Four (4) indoor wall GFI protected receptacles above doors and two (2) ventilation fans. - New plugs and switches shall be white, Decora-style with cover plates. - Supply and install four (4) - 38" metal doors with automatic openers - Install illuminated exit signs with integral emergency lighting at all building exits - Comply with all ESA requirements. - Install outdoor dusk till dawn light on pool side of building. - Additional Ventilation System installed in Filter Room (below grade) triggered by a timer or a humidity sensor.
