Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
*As of April 19, 2022, an apparent low bidder has been identified, however, a general contractor has not been awarded. This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to blast and recoat the secondary clarifier steel members; rehabilitate an existing center column and internal return-activated sludge (RAS) pipe assembly; remove and replace one owner-furnished center column and internal RAS pipe; remove and replace owner-furnished squeegee blades and turntable drive unit; resurface the effluent trough concrete; perform mechanical improvements including weir leveling and installation spray nozzles; replace the walkway with new fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating; and perform all associated work and appurtenances as shown in the plans and specifications for Secondary Clarifier No. 1 and Secondary Clarifier No. 4. Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Calendar Day
