**As of April 5, 2022, This project has been awarded to Amendola Construction & Maintenance, with the awarded amount of $88,814.75.** **As of March 11, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated award date is March 21st 2022.** This project is for placement of up to 1600 LF of 5-foot-wide ADA accessible concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, and driveway adjustments. Proposal must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Summit Township. The successful bidder is required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds of 100% of the contract amount. Work performed must be in conformance with the plans and specifications. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. When the Township issues a Notice of Award to the Successful Bidder, it shall be accompanied by the unexecuted agreement. The Successful Bidder shall, within 15 days of receipt, execute and return the copies of the Agreement along with the required bonds and insurance information. Upon receipt, the Township will execute the agreement and return one copy of the Agreement to the Successful Bidder. Clarification Deadline: 3/1/2022 12:00 AM
