Site work and paving for a civil project in Sky Valley, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Sky Valley, GA is accepting sealed bids from responsible and qualified paving contractors to prep and pave approximately one (1) mile of road. This road is currently gravel. Acceptable minimum paving standards include: Prepare road shoulders Install any applicable culverts and other drainage items Pave with a minimum depth of 2" of asphalt Pave with a minimum width of 12' to 18' depending on existing topography When completing the bid proposal; please provide the following information: The length of time that your company has been in business. Level of experience renovating commercial buildings. List of at least three (3) references of former customers. Timeline and availability of when your company can begin if chosen. The City will choose the lowest responsible bid; however- reserves the right to reject all bids if none are found to be satisfactory.
