Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sky Valley, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Vendor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for roadway improvements to include: o Prepping surface o Tacking with crs2 o Hauling asphalt o Leveling with .5 inches 9.5 mm asphalt o Paving with 1 1/2 inches compacted asphalt The following roads below are the ones the city wishes to repave to include widths and lengths. o Lost Valley- 16 feet wide and 500+- feet long o East Sugerbush-16 feet wide and 3,370+- feet long o Saddleback Circle- 16 feet wide and 7,175+- feet long o Eagle Circle- 16 feet wide and 2,060+- feet long o Mashie Ln- 12 feet wide and 445+- feet long o Driver Ln- 16 feet wide and 2,800+- feet long o Labelle Circle- 16 feet wide and 5,600+- feet long o Sky High Drive- 16 feet wide and 2,900+- feet long In addition, the city wishes to receive bids to widen. o Evergreen Road- from 15 feet to 18 feet and 5,280+- feet long Signed bidders declaration must be included as part of sealed bid. The City wishes to have all road improvement's completed by/before May 1, 2025. The City of Sky Valley, GA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. All bidders must provide documentation of compliance with E-Verify/SAVE Programs.
