Renovation of a municipal facility in Sky Valley, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Sky Valley is accepting sealed bids from responsible and qualified building contractors to perform internal renovations to a city owned building. The city is desiring to turn the building into City Hall with council chambers, city administration offices, and a welcome center. At this time, the City has a basic layout of how the building should look and is in process of having professional drafted plans completed. When completing the bid proposal; please provide the following information: The length of time that your company has been in business. Level of experience renovating commercial buildings. List of at least three (3) references of former customers. Timeline and availability of when your company can begin if chosen. The City will choose the lowest responsible bid; however- reserves the right to reject all bids if none are found to be satisfactory.
