The City of Roswell is seeking qualified electrical contractors to assist the Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department for replacement of existing wooden light poles and replacing with concrete poles located at East Roswell Park, 9000 Fouts Rd., Roswell, GA 30075. Thirty (30) calendar days has been allotted for performance of construction. The awarded contractor must be a licensed electrical contractor thru the State of Georgia associated with work as detailed in the scope of work. Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid will be required. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful contractor. Questions Due Date: Apr 20th 2022, 5:00 PM EDT
