Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Roswell, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Roswell is receiving offers from qualified construction firms for the Renovation of the Roswell Area Park Tennis Courts 11 & 12 located at 10495 Woodstock Road, Roswell, Georgia 30075 as outlined in the Bid Documents-Scope of Work. Brief description of project includes the removal of existing asphalt tennis courts/fencing and replace with new double tennis courts. This is a Locally Funded project. Permits, if any, will be handled by the City. Liquidated damages have been set in accordance with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid will be required. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful contractor. Forty-five (45) calendar days have been allotted for performance of construction. Deadline to submit Questions Mar 11th 2022, 5:00 PM EST The City of Roswell has the right to reject any or all bids; to award a contract in the best interest of the City and to waive technicalities and informalities. For clarification, a BID BOND is required with submittal on this project. Change performance period to read: ninety (90) days.
