The City of Roswell is requesting offers from qualified landscaping firms for Landscape Maintenance for Hardscrabble Road from Hwy 92 to Crabapple Road and GA 400 within the City of Roswell limits. Project elements include but are not limited to: blowing, mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, weed control, seasonal color beds and planters, turf program and debris removal, and other services listed in the scope of services. This solicitation is to establish a multi-year maintenance contract for landscaping public right of way. Deadline for questions is Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 5:00PM. This is a Locally Funded project. The City of Roswell in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21, Nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. Land acquisition coordinator will work to acquire any required ROW. 100% Payment and Performance bonds will also be required by the successful contractor. The City of Roswell has the right to reject any or all bids; to award a contract in the best interest of the City and to waive technicalities and informalities.
