The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking ongoing maintenance and repair services to existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning equipment at an administration building in Fresno, CA Potential Bidders may submit written questions regarding the bid by 2:00 p.m. on February 28, 2022. All questions should be emailed in writing to Sarah.Best@fire.ca.gov and CAL FIRE will provide answers to questions by written response on March 4, 2022. No Questions will be entertained after February 28, 2022. Answers: 03/04/2022 Proposed Award Date 03/11/2022 Anticipated Contract Execution Date 05/01/2022 State liquidated damages of one hundred dollars ($100) per day for each day's delay in finishing the work. If contractor fails to pay liquidated damages, may deduct from contractor the amount from any money due under the contract. The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement.
