The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals to develop an application for the performance of environmental sampling of water, groundwater, wastewater, biosolids and/or soils at multiple industrial, commercial, residential locations as well as sampling events at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF). The application among other specifications, should be hosted, and include ability to create field logs, electronic permit inspections, hauled waste truck inspections, integration with other existing platforms including the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) of the RWRF in-house Environmental Laboratory and be able to add functionality without any costly customizations. This request is for a THREE (3) year Contract with TWO (2) possible ONE (1) year extensions. All deposits will be held until a Contract has been executed with the successful Proposer or all proposals have been rejected. Copies of Proposal Deposits may be submitted electronically, with the exception of a certified or cashiers check, which must be brought to the Purchasing Managers office prior to the bid opening and labeled accordingly with proposal number.
