High School Auditorium and Gym HVAC Upgrades Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after February 28, 2022 and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 AM on Monday, March 7, 2022. Bids shall be addressed to the Brookville Area School District, 104 Jenks Street, Brookville, PA 15825. The bid envelope must be SEALED and clearly marked BID DOCUMENTS FOR PROJECT NO. 086-2021A DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2:00 PM ON March 11, 2022. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid. The work consists of installation of installation of new RTU units at the high school auditorium and gymnasium. Contractor to provide all flashings and roofing work as required for complete project. Contractor to verify any existing warranties and an approved roofing contractor is to complete any associated roofing work so as not to void warranty. All demilitio, structural reinforcing and electrical work as required for complete system is to be included. Work to be completed under single prime contract prevailing wage rates will apply.
