Base Bid: $ 138,803.12 Alternate 1: $ 67,927.00 Combined: $ 206,730.12 Each bid shall contain the name of each person, firm or corporation interested in same and must be accompanied by either a bid bond to the satisfaction of Penta Career Center, or a certified check on a solvent bank, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, made payable to Penta Career Center, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered, and its performance properly secured. Base bid of the UNDERDRAIN INSTALLATION AND BUS LOT RESURFACING project includes the installation of approximately 10,000 feet of underdrains and an aggregate shoulder along the loop road around campus. Alternate 1 consists of 52,000 square-feet of mill and resurfacing of the bus lot along with 900 square-feet of new sidewalk. Base Bid Engineer's Estimate: $140,000.00 Alternate 1 Engineer's Estimate: $80,000.00 The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Certificates of Insurance prior to contract execution. Penta Career Center reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the most favorable to Penta Career Center. Penta Career Center also reserves the right to add or subtract from the quantities shown in the proposal.
